Competition Fees
Full Weekend includes registration, unlimited entries, all sessions, and both Gala Dinners.
Registration Only, includes entries, but you must purchase session tickets, even in the session in which you have entries.
Audience participation is encouraged, please consider an “all sessions” up-grade or the Full Weekend, to cheer on you fellow competitors. Make it a complete full weekend of fun and excitement by joining us for the Opening Ceremony 3- Course Gala Dinner & Show on Thursday and on Saturday a 4-Course Gala Dinner. More Competition Details
Registration closes at 4 PM on October 15th. Please contact the Organizers for any special payment arrangements. If you would like to add additional events after registration closes, you may do so on Friday between 11AM - 12PM. No other add-ons to heats or events will be added once the competition begins. Additional events added on Friday will result in the Late Pricing Schedule. If you have a balance due on Thursday, October 23rd, you must see Rebecca on-site before you can receive your registration packet and will subject to the Late Pricing Schedule, regardless of when you registered.
International Team Match Information
If you would like to be considered as a competitor in the International Team Match, you will need to sign up at Registration on Friday between 11AM - 12PM; this is a first come first, serve basis sign-up. We need a total of 4 couples per team. There are 4 Teams. 16 couples total. 2 couples will dance International Standard and 2 couples will dance American Rhythm. Once we have all 16 couples, you will then be placed in one of 4 teams. You will meet with the other members of your team and the team Captain during the Saturday session break, in a designated area assigned.
Recycle, Reuse & Reduce
We realize winning medals and ribbons shows how much you have worked and achieved; however, we also encourage recycling of awards and ribbons. If you have received multiple identical medals and ribbons, a Return Basket will be available outside the ballroom to donate back to the competition for the next year.
