Competition Fees
EARLY BIRD PRICING:
Prices are per person. To receive the discounted rate, entries must be in and paid for by September 8th, 2024. Registration includes access to sessions in which you are scheduled to dance. Audience participation is encouraged, please consider an “all sessions” pass up-grade, to cheer on you fellow competitors. You may also choose to upgrade your registration and join us for the Gala Dinner on Saturday. Click here for more about the Gala Dinner.
Amateur Adult: Registration is $30 per person; each dance is $20.
Amateur Student (Preteen, Junior, Youth): Registration is $20 per person; each dance is $10.
College Student: Registration is $45 per person or $65 Tony Zaramella International Open Scholarship Events.
Professionals and Studios: TBD.
STANDARD PRICING:
Prices are per couple. To receive the standard rate, entries must be in and paid for by October 1st, 2024.
Amateur Adult: Registration is $40 per person; each dance is $25.
Amateur Student (Preteen, Junior, Youth): Registration is $30 per person; each dance is $15.
College Student: Registration is $55 per person or $75 Tony Zaramella International Open Scholarship Events.
Professionals and Studios: TBD.
LATE PRICING:
Prices are per couple. Entries must be in and paid for by October 18th, 2024.
Amateur Adult: Registration is $50 per person; each dance is $30

More Competition Details
Registration closes at 4 PM on October 18th. Please contact Rebecca for any special payment arrangements. If you would like to add additional events after registration closes, you may do so on Friday between 11AM - 12PM. No other add-ons to heats or events will be added once the competition begins. Additional events added on Friday will result in the Late Pricing Schedule. If you have a balance due on Friday, October 25th, you must see Rebecca before you can receive your registration packet and will subject to the Late Pricing Schedule, regardless of when you registered.
International Team Match Information
If you would like to be considered as a competitor in the International Team Match, you will need to sign up at Registration on Friday between 11AM - 12PM; this is a first come first, serve basis sign-up. We need a total of 4 couples per team. There are 4 Teams. 16 couples total. 2 couples will dance International Standard and 2 couples will dance American Rhythm. Once we have all 16 couples, you will then be placed in one of 4 teams. You will meet with the other members of your team and the team Captain during the Saturday session break, in a designated area assigned.
Jack & Jill Information
If you would like to be considered part of the Jack & Jill events, you will need to sign up at Registration on Friday between 11AM - 12 PM; this is a first come, first serve bases sign-up. Jack & Jill events will not count toward Late Pricing Schedule.
Recycle, Reuse & Reduce
We realize winning medals and ribbons shows how much you have worked and achieved; however, we also encourage recycling of awards and ribbons. If you have received multiple identical medals and ribbons, a Return Basket will be available outside the ballroom to donate back to the competition for the next year.
