VENUE REGULATIONS
The venue is a non-smoking establishment. Do not bring alcoholic beverages into the ballroom. You may bring your own video equipment. All video and still cameras must be battery operated; no tripods or lights are permitted.
The ballroom is cool; please dress warmly as no outer-wear jackets or coats and no large bags or backpacks are permitted in ballroom.
Competition Hotel
The Chicago DanceSport Championships will be held at the Sheraton Suites Chicago O’Hare. We have arranged a special room block with rooms starting at $144 per night. If you are coming to Chicago early and would like to stay an extra day before, our rate is also extended to you for the Thursday night also. The last day to reserve in our room block will be October 4, 2024.
